About the Role
We are expanding our innovative Risk, Security, and Compliance platform designed to empower MSSP/MDR service providers with differentiated offerings that accelerate growth, improve retention, and increase margins. We’re seeking a passionate, customer-centric Senior Product Manager with deep experience in Compliance, Security, GRC, and SecOps—ideally someone who has worked directly with MDR/MSSP organizations or built software solutions for them.

- Responsibilities
- Own and lead the strategy for Assessment Management, Program Management, Risk, and Third-Party Risk capabilities.
- Develop a multi-year Compliance and Risk roadmap aligned with company vision and global Service Provider expansion.
- Define product roadmap based on market insights, customer and partner feedback, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and growth.
- Translate strategy into execution through clear milestones tied to customer value.
- Leverage emerging technologies to prototype, accelerate innovation, and deliver new customer value.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog (epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Own the Voice of Customer, deeply understanding Service Provider and end-customer needs.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and licensing strategies to drive value and adoption.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Operations to build impactful enablement materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and other teams.
- Deliver internal and external product demos.
- Define and track KPIs to guide investment decisions and measure success.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the MDR/MSSP landscape and how providers create and deliver value.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure strong market differentiation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing products or services in technology.
- Strong domain expertise in Compliance & Security across GRC, Security Operations/SOC, or MDR.
- Experience applying AI/LLM technologies from planning through execution.
- Forward-looking mindset with strong awareness of industry trends.
- Experience in SaaS, Security, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Network, Host, and Cloud technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Skilled at defining product viability, gathering cross-functional requirements, and presenting new product proposals.
- Strong quantitative analysis, problem-solving skills, and ability to define business requirements.
- Proven track record delivering initiatives from concept to completion.
- Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and develop creative, innovative solutions.
